It encourages parents to connect with their little one using movement which supports babies development.
All of my classes encourage bonding and relaxation for both parent and baby, and you will learn about many other benefits of baby yoga. The classes are all baby led so they are flexible around you and your baby's needs.
It is my mission to empower and educate parents to transform their parenting journey so that you can learn to nurture your little ones in the best way possible. All of my classes guide you through learning this lifelong skill and provide you with education about baby development.
My classes include songs and rhymes to promote communication and language development, sensory play to stimulate babies sensory development and I love finishing every session with a special relaxation time.
Classes are friendly and non-judgemental, creating a calm and safe space for you to meet other new parents.
